4 Indy men arrested for drug possession in Friday morning traffic stop

While on routine patrol, Friday, September 18th, at 3:40 in the morning, a deputy with the Marshall County Department stopped a car for traffic infractions.

It was determined that the driver, Antonio Eubanks, 38, of Indianapolis, was operating on a suspended license. Deputies also smelled an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle found other illegal narcotics, including suspected cocaine.

After being placed into custody, suspected methamphetamine ​and fentanyl were found on one of the occupants of the vehicle, Donovan Blow, 33.

Another occupant, Deonta L. Gordon, 37, ​ provided a false name and date of birth to one of the deputies,

and the final occupant of the vehicle, Gregory S. Flynn, 33, was also arrested. ​

The four were lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with possession of cocaine,​ methamphetamine,​ and fentanyl; identity deception; false informing; and​ driving while suspended prior.

$1500 cash bonds were set for​ Donovan Blow,​ Gregory Flynn, and Antonio Eubanks, while Gordan’s cash bond was set at $3000.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, and there is only probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
