3 arrested over the weekend in Plymouth on battery and related charges

Plymouth Police responded to two separate incidents over the weekend of July 18th and 19th, resulting in three arrests on charges including battery, invasion of privacy, and related offenses.

The first incident occurred early Saturday morning, July 18th, when officers were dispatched at approximately 6:40 a.m. to 1104 East Jefferson Street for a report of an altercation in progress. Arriving on scene, Officer Witkowski located a male victim with a laceration on his forehead. Witnesses told officers that Ingrid Reyes, 39, of the Jefferson Street address, had come upstairs angry at the male for making too much noise. An argument followed, and Reyes struck the male with a frying pan lid. Reyes was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a charge of battery.

The following day, Sunday, July 19th, Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Ross Department Store parking lot at 1500 Pilgrim Place for a report of a male calling for help. After a brief investigation, officers took two individuals into custody. Kimberly Findley, 34, whose booking records list her hometown as Port Orange, Florida, was booked on a charge of invasion of privacy. Brandan Parkman, 34, who lists Wolf Creek, Oregon, as his home, was booked on a charge of battery. Both individuals were listed as homeless at the time of the incident. Each was issued a $500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
