Two teenagers were injured a week ago, Monday afternoon, when the pickup truck they were riding in went off the road and rolled over on Thorn Road north of 19th Road.
According to Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Geiger, county deputies responded to the single-vehicle crash at 3:18 p.m. on Monday, September 14th. Investigators determined that a 17-year-old male driver lost control of a 2004 Dodge pickup, went off the side of the road, and caused the truck to roll over.
The driver and a 15-year-old male passenger were both injured in the crash. They were transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The Marshall County Police Department was assisted at the scene by Culver Police, Culver EMS, Parkview EMS, and Tim's Towing.
