A motorcycle rider from Walkerton was arrested early Monday morning after a Plymouth Police Officer conducted a traffic stop.
At 2:30 a.m. on July 14th, Corporal Schieber stopped a motorcycle on Michigan Street at the intersection of Baker Street for a registration and equipment violation.
During the traffic stop, the rider was identified as Jordan Overmyer, 21, from Walkerton.
Overmyer was found to have a suspended identification card and a motorcycle that was neither insured nor registered. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating without financial responsibility with a prior conviction.
