Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 315 West Garro Street, Garden Court Downtown, on September 5th for an unwanted guest.
At approximately 6:50 Thursday morning, Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Garden Court Downtown for an unwanted guest.
John Paul Jordan Jr., 40, of South Bend, was sleeping in the apartment when the officer approached him to wake him up.
During the incident, police located over 1.5 grams of methamphetamine as well as paraphernalia.
Jordan was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
