The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office reported that it responded Sunday evening to a report of a man holding a victim at gunpoint. Deputies located the man and the firearm and had him in custody. But in the process of moving him to a vehicle he broke free and fled on foot at approximately 8:15 p.m.
