The change of plea hearing that was set for Dylan Smith has been postponed till early next week in Knox County Circuit Court.
The Vincennes man is charged with murder in connection with the August 5th shooting death of his girlfriend, Taylor Hendershot also of Vincennes at a Sixth Street location.
According to court records, the hearing was originally set for Oct. 31 but was reset for Monday at 11 a.m. (EST) by presiding judge Monica Gilmore. Jury trial is set scheduled for April 21.
Smith remains incarcerated without bond in the Knox County Jail.
