Rooted in Community, Growing in Nature campaign, Cathy Olson shares her experience at Potawatomi Wildlife Park

Potawatomi Wildlife Park, a hidden gem in Marshall County, continues to captivate visitors with its blend of natural beauty and engaging activities. Cathy Olson recently shared her heartfelt experience at the park, highlighting its charm and versatility for all ages.

Cathy praised the park’s ever-evolving landscape, ensuring that each visit feels fresh and exciting. With scenic trails for walking and biking, charming gazebos for a quiet retreat or a family picnic, and a UTV tour that opens the park to everyone, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. She was particularly impressed by Lacey Pfeiffer, whose wealth of knowledge about the park’s history and ongoing projects adds depth to every tour.

“My grandkids and their great-grandfather absolutely loved the UTV tour,” Cathy shared. “While my dad had kayaked on the Tippecanoe River before, he had never explored the trails. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. The kids were thrilled with the Visitors Center, where they enjoyed birdwatching and learning about the park’s wildlife.”
