The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure that will impact State Road 236 near Marshall.
Beginning on or after Monday, June 1, INDOT maintenance crews will close S.R. 236 between U.S. 41 and County Road 25 E. The purpose of this closure is to replace a pipe. Maintenance is anticipated to last around one day but is weather-dependent and subject to change.
The official detour around the closure follows U.S. 41 to C.R. 350 N and back to S.R. 236. INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution while traveling in and around work zones.
