On Wednesday afternoon, Plymouth Police were dispatched to a domestic situation on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Officer West was dispatched just after noon to the 300 block Pennsylvania Avenue for a domestic situation.
During his investigation it was determined Michael Langer, 52, of the Pennsylvania Avenue address swung a bat at the victim.
Langer was arrested without incident and booked into the Marshall County Jail for criminal recklessness and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
