Law enforcement using grant to increase patrols for school bus safety

The Shelby County Traffic Safety Partnership has announced that funding from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute is being used to fund extra patrols for school bus stop safety.

Officers with Shelbyville and Shelby County law enforcement will be patrolling the city and county with buses to guard against stop arm violations.

With schools starting this is a great reminder to slow down and be aware of your surroundings.
