The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Justin W. Hettinger Jr., 27, Winamac, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of resisting law enforcement, as well as a warrant issued out of Pulaski County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 6139 S. Birch Lane, Rochester, and held without bond.

• Andrea Potter, 18, Monterey, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies following the report of a fight at 2183 W. 500 North and held without bond.

• Matthew A. Thomas, 44, Macy, was arrested Sunday on warrants charging him with three counts of violating pretrial release on original charges of driving while intoxicated, domestic battery and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 6125 S. Old U.S. 31, Macy, and held without bond.

• Tabitha Tolle, 27, 770 Maplewood Lane, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of battery. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond.
