The Illinois Eastern Community College (IECC) District #529 Board of Trustees met in a rescheduled session on Tuesday at Frontier Community College in Fairfield. The board did approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 tuition and fee increased rates to become effective in the summer 2024 school term. The in-district tuition rate has been set at $135 per credit hour-a $25 increase from the previous $110 tuition rate. The increase is a 27.7% increase and is the first tuition hike since 2021.
