The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has announced that a $1.2 million patching and resurfacing project will start next week in neighboring Crawford County. The work will start on Monday May 13th and is expected to last through mid-July. The area to be covered is on Illinois Route 33 between North Glendale Road and Park Forest Drive in Robinson. Lane closures are expected and flaggers will be used to direct traffic through the work zones. Those traveling in that area should be aware and expect delays and allow extra time.
