24-year-old Brianna Skye Householder of Plymouth was arrested by Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department.
At 1:15 a.m. Saturday, July 5th, Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1316 Holloway Drive for a report of an impaired driver. Arriving in the area, Plymouth Police located the vehicle involved and, while speaking with the 911 caller, also located the driver of the vehicle.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver, Brianna Householder, 24, of the Holloway Drive address, had operated the vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Householder was given a court date in Marshall County Superior Court II and a cash bond of $1,500.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
