Marshall County Deputy Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle on Wednesday evening, October 16th, for speeding and observed drug paraphernalia in plain view.
Just after 10 p.m., Deputy Geiger stopped a black Honda Civic for speeding on Michigan Road near 5D Road. During the traffic stop, the deputy identified drug paraphernalia in plain view and later located marijuana in the vehicle.
The driver, Hector Colon, 27, of Plymouth, was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail for processing. He was booked in for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and held on a $250 cash bond.
