Joseph "Joe" Wayne Clemons, 78, of Argos, passed away September 18, 2026, at 12:52 p.m. at his residence.
On May 18, 1948, in Knox, Indiana Joe was born to Loss Clemons and Dolores G. (Alberding) Clemons. He lived in Argos, Indiana for the past 50 years.
On April 4, 1976, he married Elizabeth “Libby” A. Gonce and together they shared the next 50 years together.
Joe was self-employed. He and Libby built and sold crafts at numerous craft shows and festivals, and later he added Kettle Corn.
He attended Knox High School.
Joe is survived by his Wife – Libby Clemons of Argos, Indiana
Daughter – Heather VanVoorhis and husband Eric of Plymouth, Indiana
Granddaughter – Samantha Luva of Plymouth, Indiana
Great Grandchildren – Emersyn and Enzo
Sisters – Judy Cook of South Bend, Indiana and Janice Salyers and husband Jerry of Knox, Indiana
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Sister – Lois Clemons

Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery - Argos, Indiana.
