The Fulton County Community Foundation (FCCF) is now accepting township grant applications from charitable organizations serving any township in Fulton County.

Applications will be available beginning January 2 and are due by March 2.

Township grants are designed to support projects and programs that directly benefit a specific township within Fulton County. In previous years, this grant opportunity was limited to Kewanna-Union Township and Liberty Township. Thanks to recent growth and new funding, FCCF has expanded township grantmaking to include all Fulton County townships, allowing more communities to invest in projects that strengthen their local quality of life.

“We are excited to expand our township grant opportunities to include all Fulton County townships,” said Brian Johnson, Director of Development for the Fulton County Community Foundation. “Grants focused on individual townships encourage meaningful projects to take place in each community. We look forward to continuing to enhance quality of place throughout Fulton County through this expanded grant program.”

Over the years, more than $45,000 has been awarded through township grants to support organizations and initiatives such as Junior Achievement, the Fulton Liberty Lions Club, the Kewanna-Union Township Library, the Kewanna Volunteer Fire Department, and many others.

Eligible charitable organizations are encouraged to apply for funding for projects or programs that serve residents within a specific Fulton County township. Grant guidelines and applications can be found at www.nicf.org/fulton-county/grants.
