An officer with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop for speeding on Thursday, March 7th at about 5:30 at the intersection of North and Plum Streets.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver's name Emmanuel Flores of Lewis Street had never had a driver license.
Flores was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for operator never licensed. 90 minutes after being booked, Flores was released on bond.
