50-year-old Kevin Bergan of Elkhart was arrested on Monday, October 20th, for an active warrant.
Bergan was reporting to the Marshall County Probation Department and had a probation violation.
Corporal Ben McIntyre transported Bergan from the Probation Department to the Marshall County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff for processing. He was held with no bond.
