Unused prescription drugs can be dropped off at Greencastle High School.
Putnam County residents with expired prescription drugs are encouraged to take part in Drug Take Back Day.
The day is held in conjunction by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and the Greencastle Police Department as part of the national Drug Take Back Day on Oct. 26.
Unused prescription drugs can be dropped off at Greencastle High School, 910 E. Washington St. between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The event looks to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing prescription drugs, while also providing the public with information about the misuse of medications.
