The report of a possibly intoxicated person urinating in the Ross parking lot on Pilgrim Lane Friday morning, August 30th, just before 10, sent Plymouth Police to investigate.
Plymouth Police Officer Witkowski arrived on the scene and found Breanna Ivery, 36, of Crystal Lake, Illinois standing outside her vehicle with alcohol in her hand. She appeared to be intoxicated and disturbing the public.
Ivery was arrested for public intoxication, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and held on a $250 cash bond. Her bond was paid on August 31st at 8:20 p.m., and she was released on bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
