A Plymouth man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on September 12th for violation of a protective order.
At about 7:20 Thursday night, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department received a call about a protective order violation in the area of Carriage Drive.
County Deputies responded to the area and investigated the matter. The husband, Benjamin E. Creighbaum, 43, was arrested and lodged for Invasion of Privacy. He was held on a $500 cash bond until early Sunday morning, September 15th, when the bond was posted, and he was released.
