A Plymouth man was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on September 12th for violation of a protective order.
At about 7:20 Thursday night, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department received a call about a protective order violation in the area of Carriage Drive.
County Deputies responded to the area and investigated the matter. The husband, Benjamin E. Creighbaum, 43, was arrested and lodged for Invasion of Privacy. He was held on a $500 cash bond until early Sunday morning, September 15th, when the bond was posted, and he was released.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
