The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was contacted Tuesday at about 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon by a female who said she had been threatened by a male subject with a firearm. The threat happened in the 10,000 block of Robin Lane in the Southfield subdivision at the corner of King and 11th Roads.
Det. Stg. Jordan Rans investigated, and arrested 55-year-old Walter Snedeker, of Plymouth, for intimidation with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.
Snedeker was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond and issued a Superior Court III initial hearing date of Feb. 4.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
