On Wednesday, September 11th, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Officer Williams with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a white van near Plymouth Goshen Trail and U.S. 30.
The van was speeding and showed an expired registration.
During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver, Jose Andres Rosales-Aguero of Colorado, was operating the vehicle without ever having received a valid license.
He was booked into the county jail at 10:30 on a $100 cash bond and released at 12:45 after posting bond.
