The following information is summarized from the records of city, county and state police agencies.

Jail Bookings

The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Isaiah M. Batta, 24, Plymouth, was taken into custody Thursday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of domestic battery. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held without bond. 

• Clint J. Bretthauer, 52, Brownsburg, was taken into custody Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond. 

• Desean Jakes, 28, South Bend, was taken into custody Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of marijuana. He was picked up in Kosciusko County and held without bond. 

• Ivis Omar Jordan Vasquez, 33, Indianapolis, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without ever obtaining a license. That charge was filed against him again upon being taken into custody by state police during a traffic stop at U.S. 31 and Wabash Avenue. He is held without bond. 

Police Incidents

Animal call
• At 8:41 a.m. Thursday, police received a report that the owner of two dogs residing along Fulton Avenue has allegedly been giving them alcohol and marijuana. 

Burglary
• At 11:40 a.m. Thursday, a resident of 14448 E. 100 South, Akron, requested to speak with an officer about a possible break-in at their home. 

Harassment
• At 1:24 p.m. Thursday, a man reported that someone has been giving out his phone number, with comments received that police are looking for him. The sheriff's office confirmed that he was not wanted, and determined it was likely an issue of harassment. 
• At 5:02 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a woman has been harassing and intimidating a man and his wife in County Meadows. The woman reportedly swerved her vehicle in the direction of the man's wife and got out to yell at her. The woman later claimed that the man was the aggressor. She was advised to ignore them in public, and the couple was advised how to obtain a protective order. 

Business issue
• At 2:28 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that an employee terminated from Rochester Metal Products, 616 Indiana Ave., was refusing to return building keys. Upon officers' arrival, the individual was reportedly cooperative and handed over the keys willingly. Arrangement were made for belongings to be gathered later in the day, and a no trespassing warning was issued. 

Cited
• A driver was issued a court summons for reckless driving and cited for speeding 99 mph in a 60 mph zone during a traffic stop around 6 p.m. Thursday at Meridian Road and County Road 200 North. 

Mischief
• At 6:35 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that damage was done to a vehicle while it was parked at Rochester High School.
