The single vehicle accident occurred after 10 p.m. Monday near Cass CR 550 North on US 35. The 2007 Ford SUV left the east side of the road and rolled several times. Jeremiah Green, 21, of Royal Center, was transported to Logansport Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was discharged from the hospital but then transported to the Cass County Jail on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
