Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Prairie View Group Home at 703 West Jefferson Street on Tuesday afternoon about a client assaulting a staff member and then leaving the residence on foot.
Patrolman Enyart found 19-year-old Braydon A. Mabes walking in an alley west of the residence. He was taken into custody without incident.
Due to the battery charge, Mabes was taken to the Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged for the Class B misdemeanor battery charge. He was held on a $250 cash bond and scheduled for an initial hearing in Superior II Court on April 29th.
