Lewis Cass made it interesting with four runs in the top of the 7th but Winamac held on for a 7-5 softball win Thursday.
Adrianna Hall registered the win with a complete game performance. She allowed five earned runs on nine hits and racked up eight strikeouts.
Winamac's Lauren Bruce homered, drove in two runs and scored twice while going 2-for-3 at the plate.
Winamac (6-1) has won nine straight home games dating back to last season. They''ll match up with Delphi on Saturday.
