The Mid-Hoosier Conference recently released the 2024 All-MHC Volleyball Team.
Twelve players were honored for their performances this season while 10 more were selected MHC Honorable Mention.
Morristown had two representatives on the all-conference squad – Brooklyn Carlton and Kindall Dorsey.
Southwestern’s Tanna Tatlock also was named All-MHC.
Also selected were North Decatur’s Madi Allen, Hannah Gorrell and Miley Scudder, South Decatur’s Aniston Bostic, Zsophia Sharp, Makayla Somers and Taylor Somers, Hauser’s Maley Jordan and Edinburgh’s Kenna Streeval.
Waldron’s Emerson Lindsey and Lillian Lozier were named MHC Honorable Mention along with Morristown’s Zoey Coons and Olivia Rude, and Southwestern’s Ruby Garner and Claire Utley.
Also selected to the honorable mention squad were Hauser’s Charleston Gelfius, North Decatur’s Kelsey Haley and Sydney Rohls and South Decatur’s Paige McQueen.
South Decatur won the MHC title with a 6-0 mark. The Cougars are 24-4 entering the postseason. Head coach Devin Sutliff was named Coach of the Year.
North Decatur (15-11) was runner-up at 5-1 followed by Southwestern (15-15, 4-2), Morristown (12-18, 3-3), Edinburgh (2-26, 1-5), Waldron (4-23, 1-5) and Hauser (4-26, 1-5).
