Southwestern High School’s girls golf program debuted Tuesday against the visiting Greensburg Pirates.
At Timbergate Golf Course in Edinburgh, Greensburg’s Kahlen Adams fired a 47 to lead her team to a 202-242 victory.
Also for Greensburg, Lydia Hersley (51), Marie Harmon (52) and Payton Bright (52) each finished within one stroke of each other to help secure the win.
Aurora Belton led Southwestern with a 55. Sydney Griffin followed at 57. Also on the Spartans’ scorecard were Emma Isgrigg (62) and Taryn Hoeing (68).
