Trynitie Cox was a wall in the goal for LaVille with 27 saves and picking up her first shut-out on the season. It was all the LaVille defense could do to stop Plymouth's relentless attacks on offense. Plymouth possessed the entire second half, outshooting Laville but hitting posts and crossbars multiple times.
