The Lawrenceville Lady Volleyball Indians went 2-3 in competition this past Saturday in the 16 team Fairfield Lady Mule Kickoff Classic. They lost to Teutopolis in their first match 16-25, 22-25, won their second over North Clay 25-21,25-19 and lost their third in pool play to host Fairfield 25-21, 9-25, 8-15. They later in the day won over Christopher 25-14, 25-10 and then dropped their final contest to Carbondale 14-25, 16-25. After the weekend play, the team record is 3-4 overall. The Lady Indians return home to host North Clay Thursday.
