It took a while, but the Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians have a home win. They broke open a close game late with an offensive explosion enroute to a 10-2 victory over Union Dugger (Ind) Thursday at Phil Alsman Field in Lawrenceville. The Lady Indians scored 10 runs on 12 hits and made 2 errors while Union Dugger scored 2 runs on 6 hits and also made 2 errors. The win snaps a two game losing streak and improves the squad to 10-16 on the season. They next see action Monday in Little Illini play at home versus Robinson.
