Lady Dragons defeat West Central ARGOS - The Trojans and Dragons squared off in their Annual Winter Classic at the Dragon Den Friday night in Argos. The Lady Dragons used a 31-8 second half to post a 47-21 victory. Jumping out to an 11-0 lead, the Trojans scored 13 in the second quarter to trail 13-16 at the half. Argos would use its bench to pressure the Lady Trojans in the second half with a full court man to man defense, holding their opponent to 8 points in the second half. Argos had 10 of its 13 roster players score on the night. Paced by another solid floor game, Argos got nine points from junior guard Morgan Dunlap, while junior Macy Morris continued her comeback with some timely shooting and nine points. The Dragons (7-7) will face North Miami at the Den Thursday night, before traveling to Lakeland Christian over the weekend.
