The Indiana State Police (ISP) is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver Felix Rosenqvist as part of a forward-thinking recruitment campaign aimed at attracting dedicated individuals to serve as State Troopers, Capitol Police Officers, and Professional Staff members, while enhancing public engagement across the state and beyond.
This strategic collaboration presents a bold new approach to connecting with potential recruits in a meaningful and modern way.
This unique partnership will elevate the ISP brand to a national audience through strategic placement on Rosenqvist’s helmet, dynamic social media content, streaming platforms, and community engagement events. Facilitated by Player Management International, this initiative reflects ISP’s commitment to embracing innovative methods to connect with the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
The helmet placement will provide the Indiana State Police with onboard camera exposure on the FOX television broadcasts during each of the 2025 INDYCAR SERIES races, beginning with this weekend’s Sonsio Grand Prix at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Fans can also view Rosenqvist’s onboard camera and listen to his live in-car audio for free via the INDYCAR app.
Felix Rosenqvist is one of the most respected and recognized drivers in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, and he’s off to a fast start in 2025. He recently made his 100th career INDYCAR SERIES start and holds the sixth position in the championship point standings, posting two top-5s and a top-10 finish to start the season. Nicknamed FRO, Rosenqvist brings not only speed and skill to the racetrack, but also a deep appreciation for public service.
“I’m honored to partner with the Indiana State Police,” Rosenqvist said. “It’s important to support those who serve our communities, and I’m proud to support their mission to find great people to join the ISP team. Leadership, mentorship and teamwork are what I value most about Meyer Shank Racing, and these are attributes also found in the Indiana State Police. We have a shared passion for excellence, so it’s a natural partnership that allows me to help tell the story about the opportunities and benefits of becoming a State Trooper or a member of their support staff.”
“We must adapt and be creative in how we tell our story, so partnering with Felix Rosenqvist allows us to do so in a meaningful and impactful manner,” said Deputy Superintendent Shea Reliford of the Indiana State Police. “This opportunity allows us to showcase the professionalism, purpose, and pride of the Indiana State Police on a national stage. Felix is a strong leader who understands the importance of teamwork, persistence and hard work, so we’ll highlight our collective values to engage potential recruits who aim to make a difference in our state and local communities.”
The Indiana State Police is driven to serve and protect, and seeks individuals who possess a shared core value of courage, commitment, and character. Partnering with Felix Rosenqvist allows ISP to reach new audiences and inspire the next generation of law enforcement professionals. The campaign will include recruitment-focused media content, local community appearances, and digital outreach aimed at raising awareness of career opportunities within the ISP, including State Troopers, Capitol Police Officers, and Professional Staff positions.
