The Lawrenceville Lady basketball Indians could not score many points in the second half and that cost them in a loss Wednesday night 63-32 to the Richland County (Olney) Lady Tigers at Lawrenceville.
They trailed 15-6 after one quarter and 29-20 at the half, but could only muster 12 points (six in each quarter) in the second half while the Lady Tigers heated up from 3 point land to pull away to the victory.
Addeline Sanders led the scoring with 19 points.
With the loss, the Lady Indians drop to 11-16 overall and 0-6 in Little Illini Conference (LIC) play.
They will play their final league game Thursday night when they host the Paris Lady Tigers.
