The Red Hill basketball Salukis are Little Okaw Valley Conference (LOVC) tournament champions.
Head coach Bryan Havill's ballclub won the four-team single day tournament Saturday at Hutsonville High School. They won their opening game 77-36 over Union Dugger and then won the title later with a 58-55 win over host Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville (OPH).
The win was the sixth in a row for the Salukis, who are now 14-12 on the season. They will host the Lawrenceville Indians Tuesday night in Bridgeport on "Pack the Place" night.
