Timothy J. Reble, 73, of Shelbyville

Timothy J. Reble, 73, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at MHP Medical Center.

He was born December 22, 1952, in Colorado Springs, CO.  to William Reble and Fannie (Porter) Reble. 

Timothy graduated from Hanover High School with the Class of 1972.  Through the years, he held multiple jobs.  That provided him with the opportunity to be knowledgeable and skilled in many different areas.  He was often referred to as a Jack of all trades.  Timothy enjoyed the outdoors and going fishing.  Scrapping was a hobby of his that he also enjoyed.  Timothy was a proud lung & skin cancer survivor.  He had a heart of gold and never met someone he didn’t like.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

He married Tanzy Reble on December 22, 1984, and she preceded him in death on August 28, 2017.   They shared 33 loving years of marriage together.

He is survived by his daughters, Thelma Williams and Bertha (husband, Darrel) Dewing; his son, John Locy; his grandchildren, Shawna (husband, Zackary) Pyles, Cassandra Williams, Skylar (wife, Melody) Romine, Katie (husband, Jorge) Gonzales, Cheyenne Stover, Maggie Blackburn and Andrew Stover; 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; his sister, Virginia (husband, Larry) McGuire; brother-in-law, Daniel Anderson and sisters-in-law Bonnie Reble and Frances Reble.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; his son, Charles Willis; his brothers, William and Lawrence Reble and his sister, Constance Reble Wesselman and his brother-in-law, Clarence Wesselman.

Services will be announced soon.
