Thomas Blaine Coahran, 70, Macy, passed away on Sunday morning, April 19, 2026, at home in Macy.

Born June 21, 1955, in Rochester, Indiana, he was the son of Clair and Hazel M. (Hamilton) Coahran. On March 10, 1990, he was married to his beloved wife, Sharlene Fay (Stults) Coahran, and she preceded him in death on January 11, 2025.

Tom attended North Miami High School and retired from Schneider Electric. He enjoyed working in his garage tinkering with his cars and motorcycles. He loved setting off fireworks, collecting knives, wearing patriotic clothing, and displaying other patriotic memorabilia.

Survivors include his sisters, Judy (Steve) Burkhardt, Denver; and Pat Tharp (Paul Cecil), Lapel; and brother, Bill (Shirley) Coahran, Macy; as well as his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many other friends and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Paula See.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Skip Shambarger officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery, Macy.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, at the funeral home.
