Frank N. Olivarez, age 46 passed away on September 17, 2021 at 12:31 a.m. in St. Joseph Medical Center of Plymouth, IN.
Frank was born to Cayetano Olivarez, Sr. and Elizabeth Beda (Costilla) Olivarez on July 20, 1975. Frank loved to watch sports and was a #1 Dallas Cowboy’s fan, and a fan of the San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Cubs, and Notre Dame. He was also very passionate about Tejano music.
Frank will be missed by: his sister, Maria Angelita of Huntington Station, NY; his brothers Cayetano (Kathleen) Olivarez, Jr. of Plymouth, IN; Miguel (Kim) Olivarez of Plymouth, IN; Alvino (Sara) Olivarez of Plymouth, IN; Anthony Fabin Olivarez (Kathy Siefert) of Plymouth, IN; his uncles: Cande (Diana) Costilla of Mercedes, TX; Richardo Costilla of Grossbay, TX; Martin (Linda) Rojas of Chish, TX; and Rene (Marybelle) Costilla of Santa Rosa, TX; his aunt, Maria Elena Costilla of Plymouth, IN; and many nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by: his mother, Elizabeth Olivarez; his grandparents; his aunt, Marcella Perez; his uncles: Damacio, Estaban, Manuel, Sarapio, Roy, and Jesus Olivarez of Santa Rosa, TX.
