David Glen Losey, 73, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Brickyard Brandywine.
Born January 10, 1952 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Glen Cletus Losey and Eunice Jeanne (Knowlton) Losey.
Survivors include 5 siblings- Brenda Sue Stull of Shelbyville, Linda Lou Losey of Shelbyville, Mike Losey (Lesly) of Greenfield, Daniel Losey (Chrissy) of Michigan, and Denise McKinney (David) of Hagerstown; and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 3 siblings- infant sister Peggy Losey, brother James Losey, & sister Judith Jones.
Mr. Losey had lived in central Indiana his entire lifetime and had been employed at Ponderosa Steak House in Greenfield for several years. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1972.
David enjoyed reading and writing poetry, camping and fishing, and watching movies on TV.
David will be buried in Mt. Auburn Cemetery on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in a private ceremony. No visiting hours will be observed.
