Vivian Miller and her court will reign over the 2026 Fulton County 4-H Fair this week.
Miller, 17, daughter of Joe and Brianne Miller, will be a senior at Rochester High School. Following graduation, She plans to major in agronomy at Purdue University.
Also crowned for the fair:
Sophia Baker was named Teen Miss.
Ali Utter will be Junior Miss.
Little Miss is Jayne White.
