Bridgeport Police late last week investigated an incident at a city residence and afterward, took one man into custody.
29-year-old Hunter Zellars of Bridgeport was preliminarily charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery and arrested. He was transported to the Lawrence County Jail in Lawrenceville and was being held there pending a detention hearing under Illinois state law. No other details regarding the case were immediately released.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department (LCSD) Friday took 42-year-old Heather O'Dell of Bridgeport into custody on a charge of Probation Violation. She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there on the charge with a detention hearing pending.
