Plymouth Police arrested two individuals on Tuesday for operating vehicles without ever obtaining a driver's license in separate traffic stops conducted during the day and evening.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., Patrolman Thornton initiated a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail after observing improper lane movement.
The driver, Angel D. Munoz Selgado, 44, of Lake Avenue in Plymouth, was found to have been operating the vehicle without ever obtaining a license. She was transported to the Marshall and booked on the charge.
At approximately 9:50 p.m., Corporal Schieber conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 30 near Pioneer Drive after observing a vehicle equipped with an LED light bar that ran the red light at U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive.
The driver was identified as Alfredo Perez-Arias, 36, of Chicago. Officers determined that Perez-Arias had never been issued a driver's license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with operator never licensed.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
