The Winamac Clerk-Treasurer announced the Town of Winamac's Executive Session followed by a Special Session that had been originally scheduled for Monday, Sept. 29, at 3:30 p.m. in the Winamac Utility Complex Board Room, 623 W 11th St in Winamac, has been rescheduled.
Officials say that while the purpose and location for the meetings remain the same, the date has been changed to Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 4:00 p.m.
While the public is not allowed to attend the Executive Session, council members shared that the meeting will include strategy discussion regarding initiation of litigation and discussion of job performance and evaluations of individual employees.
The public is welcome to attend the Special Session immediately following the Executive Session, where Council members plan on discussing accounting software and recommendations from the Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners.
