Politicians, utility professionals, home builders and more are invited to a special Regional Utility Workshop next month, made possible by Thrive West Central.
Thrive West Central will host the event on Feb. 4 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Vigo County History Center, 929 Wabash Ave., Terre Haute.
The event is designed to bring professionals together to discuss project planning, utility placement, and how to work through complicated and unforeseen issues. Ryan Keller, CEO of Thrive West Central, said the event is aimed at giving stakeholders the information they need, while building stronger relationships.
"By fostering collaboration between utilities, developers and local leaders, we can streamline development processes and strengthen the economic foundation of our region," Keller said.
Admission is free, but space is limited. Those wishing to attend are asked to visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/regional-utility-workshop-tickets-1977518575292?aff=oddtdtcreator.
