Three arrested after Drug Task Force executes search warrant near Jefferson Elementary School

Three people are facing felony drug charges after the Marshall County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Monday at a residence on Klinger Street in Plymouth, located next to Jefferson Elementary School.

On Monday, May 18th, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force served the warrant at a home in the 400 block of Klinger Street. During the investigation, officers recovered suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and seized several firearms from the residence.

Three individuals were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Thomas Holloway, 70, of Plymouth;

Rita Waltz, 61, of Plymouth;

and Daniel Royster, 48, of Kokomo, were each charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony; and Possession of Marijuana. All three were issued $10,000 cash bonds.

Waltz was also found to have an active warrant out of Fulton County for Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony.

The Marshall County Drug Task Force extended special thanks to the Plymouth Police Department's School Resource Officers and the Plymouth Community School Corporation for their swift response in ensuring the safety of all children and staff at Jefferson Elementary School during the execution of the search warrant.

The Marshall County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department, Marshall County Police, and the Fulton County Sheriff's Department.

Charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed. All individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
