The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a temporary closure that will impact State Road 71 south of Dana.
Beginning on or after Monday, August 5, crews will be closing down S.R. 71 between just north of C.R. 800 S and just south of C.R. 850 S. The purpose of the closure is for a culvert installation. Work is expected to last until mid-September.
Drivers are asked to seek an alternate route while the road is closed, using S.R. 63.
